Nir Tibor (Hebrew: ניר טיבור), born on June 18, 1993, is better known by his stage name Dennis Lloyd. He is a talented musician, producer, singer, songwriter, and plays many instruments. Dennis Lloyd is from Israel and became famous for his 2016 hit song "Nevermind". This song became very popular in many countries around the world.

Dennis Lloyd's Early Life and Musical Start
Nir Tibor was born in Tel Aviv, Israel. He grew up mostly in Ramat Gan. Dennis Lloyd started playing the trumpet when he was 8 years old. By the time he was 13, he had taught himself to play the guitar. He went to a special art high school called Thelma Yellin High School of the Arts. When he turned 18, he joined the Israeli Navy to serve his country.
Dennis Lloyd's Music Journey
Dennis Lloyd released his very first song, "Playa (Say That)", in the middle of 2015. Later that year, he moved to Bangkok, Thailand, and lived there for a year. During his time in Bangkok, Dennis Lloyd spent all his energy on music. He wrote an amazing 35 songs!
After a year, Dennis Lloyd went back to Israel. He started releasing more music, including songs like "Snow White" and "Nevermind (Alright)". He then made a new version of "Nevermind (Alright)" and simply called it "Nevermind". This new version came out in late 2016.
The Big Hit: "Nevermind"
The remixed song "Nevermind" quickly became a huge success on Spotify. It reached number 4 on Spotify's Global Viral chart. Over time, the song has been streamed more than 900 million times on Spotify! It was also identified by the Shazam app over 1.5 million times. In June 2018, Time magazine even called "Nevermind" one of the "songs of summer."
Live Performances and Tours
In June 2017, Dennis Lloyd appeared on the German "Colors" YouTube channel. He performed an acoustic, or unplugged, version of his song "Leftovers." This video has been watched over 43 million times!
In March 2018, Dennis Lloyd announced his "MTFKR Tour." This tour started in May 2018 in Italy and included many shows across Europe and North America. His song "Nevermind" was even used in a commercial for the new BMW 3 Series car in 2019. Dennis Lloyd also performed "Nevermind" live on the TV show Jimmy Kimmel Live! on July 24, 2018.
New Music and Festivals
In February 2019, Dennis Lloyd released a new song called "Never Go Back." This song was praised by big magazines like Billboard, Time, and Forbes. "Never Go Back" was part of his first collection of songs, called an EP, titled Exident. This EP was released on April 5, 2019. Dennis Lloyd also shared music videos for other songs from the EP, including "GFY."
After releasing Exident, Dennis Lloyd went on his "Never Go Back" tour. All the tickets for this tour sold out! He performed across the United States, Canada, and Australia. He also played at famous music festivals like Coachella, Governor's Ball, and Montreux Jazz Festival.
In July 2019, Dennis Lloyd took part in a special Spotify Singles session. He worked with the guitarist Tom Morello to create a cover of the song "Like a Stone" by Audioslave. On September 14, 2019, Dennis Lloyd released his song "Wild West." This song was featured on the soundtrack for the popular video game FIFA 20.
