Derek Hood is quite tall, standing at 6 feet 8 inches! He was born in Decatur, Illinois. He went to college at the University of Arkansas. There, he played for their basketball team, the Arkansas Razorbacks. He played as a small forward.
Derek Hood's Professional Basketball Career
Derek Hood played two games for the Charlotte Hornets in the NBA. This was during the 1999-2000 NBA season.
