Derek Fifi "Wise" Bissue, born on December 11, 1992, is a Canadian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He used to be signed to the record labels XO (owned by the Weeknd) and Republic Records. He was part of a hip hop duo called 88Glam with his friend, 88Camino.

Early life
Derek Wise was born in Toronto, Canada, on December 11, 1992. As he grew up, he listened to many American rappers. By the time he was 20, he had moved around Toronto 14 times.
Career
Starting out: Vacay (2012)
In October 2012, Wise released his first ever mixtape, called Vacay. A mixtape is like an album, but often released for free or to build excitement. This mixtape had 16 songs and was first shared on a website called DatPiff.
First album: Inglorious (2016)
After releasing several songs and music videos in 2016, Wise announced his first official album, Inglorious. It came out on January 30, 2017.
In April 2017, Wise performed at the Canadian Music Week festival. He was supporting another artist named A Boogie wit da Hoodie. Wise has also appeared in music videos for The Weeknd, like "King of the Fall" and "Reminder".
Forming 88Glam (2017–present)
In November 2017, Wise formed a new music duo called 88Glam with his friend and fellow artist, 88Camino. They released their first project, also called 88Glam, on November 7, 2017. The music video for their song "12" even featured The Weeknd.
Later, 88Glam signed with XO and Republic Records. They re-released their first project as 88Glam Reloaded in April 2018. In November 2018, they released their second album, 88Glam2.
The duo later left their record labels. They released a mixtape called New Mania on their own in June 2020. Their album Close to Heaven Far from God was finally released independently in August 2022.
