In the year 2000, about 5,067 people lived there. Later, for the 2010 census, Devon-Berwyn was divided into two separate areas. These new areas are now known as Devon and Berwyn. This whole area is part of the Philadelphia Main Line, which are suburbs located near Philadelphia.
Both the original Devon-Berwyn and the newer Devon and Berwyn areas are located entirely within Easttown Township.
