Dillons Run was a small, unincorporated community located in Hampshire County, West Virginia, in the United States. An unincorporated community is a group of homes and buildings that does not have its own local government, unlike a town or city.
The community was situated where Dillons Run Road (also known as West Virginia Secondary Route 50/25) meets Haines Road. It got its name from the nearby Dillons Run stream. The area was once known by a different name, Luptons Mill. Today, Dillons Run no longer has its own post office.
