Dionne Stax (born 22 April 1985) is a Dutch journalist and newsreader. She is well-known for presenting news programs. She has also hosted other television shows.

Dionne Stax was born on April 22, 1985. Her hometown is Boxmeer, Netherlands. She attended Elzendaal College in Boxmeer.
University Studies
Dionne studied communication sciences. She earned her bachelor's degree from Tilburg University. Later, she completed her master's degree. This was at the University of Amsterdam.
Career in Journalism
Dionne Stax began her career in 2007. She started as a trainee at NOS Headlines. This program later became NOS op 3. She reviewed news for a digital channel.
Becoming a News Presenter
In February 2012, Dionne became a presenter. She hosted the news show NOS op 3 on television. She also worked as an editor for NOS News. In June 2013, she became a regular face. She presented morning and daytime news for the NOS Journaal.
Evening News and Special Reports
Since May 2015, Dionne has presented evening news bulletins. On December 5, 2015, she hosted her first 8 PM news show. She was on air during the Paris attacks in January 2015. She reported on the Charlie Hebdo shooting. She also covered the hostage situation at a Jewish supermarket. From 2015, Dionne presented election results.
Royal Interviews and Documentaries
On April 27, 2016, Dionne made history. She was the first journalist to interview the Dutch princesses. These were Amalia, Alexia, and Ariane. She spoke with them during Koningsdag in Zwolle.
In 2017, she presented a program for Omroep MAX. She also created a documentary series. It was called Lady Di & Dionne. This series for NTR was about the life of Lady Diana.
