How You Play the Games
These games are "point-and-click" adventures. This means you use your mouse to click on things on the screen. The games are designed to feel like you're watching a Winnie the Pooh TV show or movie. But as you play, you complete educational activities to move the story forward.
Some games even help you learn other languages! For example, in the Toddler game, you could learn Spanish and French words for objects. If parents registered their games, they could get extra activities from Disney Interactive. These extra activities included printable coloring pages, cutouts, and flashcards.
The Disney Learning: Winnie the Pooh games were part of a special tour. This tour was called the Disney Big Rig mobile showroom. It visited Wal-Mart stores in California in 2000. Other Disney learning games, like those featuring Mickey Mouse and Buzz Lightyear, were also on this tour.
The Winnie the Pooh Kindergarten game was also featured on The Disney Interactive Channel. The Toddler game was sold in a special set. This set was called the Disney Learning Toddler set. It also included the Mickey Mouse Toddler game.
