Dominik Koepfer (born 29 April 1994), also known as Köpfer, is a professional tennis player from Germany. He plays with his left hand and uses a two-handed backhand. Dominik reached his highest singles ranking of world No. 49 on 4 March 2024. In doubles, his highest ranking was No. 69 on 24 June 2024. Before becoming a professional player, he played college tennis at Tulane University in the United States.

Starting Out: 2017-2018
Dominik first played in an ATP main tournament in 2017 at the Winston-Salem Open. He won his first doubles title on the ATP Challenger Tour that year. In 2018, he got his first win on the ATP Tour, also at the Winston-Salem Open.
Big Steps: 2019
The year 2019 was a big one for Dominik.
- He won his first singles title on the Challenger Tour at the Ilkley Trophy.
- This win helped him get into the main draw of Wimbledon, a major tennis tournament.
- At Wimbledon, he won his first match in a Grand Slam event.
- Later, at the US Open, he made it all the way to the fourth round! This was a huge achievement for him. He even beat a top-20 player before losing to Daniil Medvedev, who ended up being a finalist.
Breaking Through: 2020
In 2020, Dominik kept improving.
