Early Life and Soccer Beginnings
Dominique Bond-Flasza was born in New York City. Her father is Polish and her mother is Jamaican. She spent 14 years growing up in Canada. Later, as a teenager, she moved to southern California.
High School and College Soccer
Dominique played high school soccer at Aliso Niguel High School. This school is located in Aliso Viejo, California. During her second year, her team won a state championship. She scored 10 goals while playing for her high school team. She also played club soccer for a team called SoCal Blues.
After high school, Dominique played college soccer. She joined the University of Washington Huskies. She played in at least 19 games each year for four seasons. Her 80 games played tied for third most in the program's history. She scored two goals during her college career. While in college, she also played club football for three years. She was part of the Seattle Sounders Women team.

Playing in the Netherlands
In 2018, Dominique joined PSV in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. She scored her first and only goal in the Eredivisie league. This goal happened during a 3–1 win against PEC Zwolle in November 2018. She was a key player in the 2018–2019 season. She started 21 out of 22 matches for the team.
Moving to Poland and Iceland
