Azra Kolaković (born January 1, 1977 – died October 2, 2017) was a famous singer from Bosnia. She was known by her stage name Donna Ares. She sang pop music and was very popular. Her last album, Povratka nema, came out in 2011. Donna Ares passed away at age 40 after a long illness.

Azra Kolaković was born in Bihać, a city in western Bosnia. Her parents were Osman and Ajka. She loved music from a young age. She went to local music schools. She finished school in 1995, during the Bosnian War. She even started a music academy. But the war made it hard to continue her studies.

In 1997, Azra began her singing career. She chose the stage name Donna Ares. Her first big performance was in 1997. She sang in the Croatian Dora competition. This competition chooses who will represent Croatia in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Donna Ares faced a serious illness for several years. She was hospitalized in October 2014. Sadly, she passed away in her hometown of Bihać on October 2, 2017. She was 40 years old. She was buried two days later, next to her father.
