Dougie Baldwin, born in 1996, is an actor from Australia. He is famous for his roles in TV shows like Disjointed and Nowhere Boys. Since 2024, he has also been in the TV show Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage.
Early Life
Dougie loved performing from a very young age. When he was just 4 years old, he would dress up and put on shows for his family and friends. From ages 9 to 14, he took drama classes after school. He also acted in many local plays.
Acting Career
Dougie was inspired by his older sister, Nathalie Antonia, who is also an actor. In 2012, he decided to become an actor too. He soon got main roles in two Australian TV shows: Nowhere Boys and Upper Middle Bogan. These shows became very popular. Nowhere Boys even won a Logie Award for best children's show in 2014 and 2015!
After starting his acting career, Dougie moved to Paris. There, he studied at a special acting school called Ecole Philippe Gaulier. He learned more about acting and comedy. Later, he returned to Melbourne, where he often writes and performs comedy shows. His stand-up comedy show "Mind How Y'Go" was nominated for two awards in 2022. In 2023, he was cast as Connor McAllister in the CBS TV show Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage. This show started in October 2024.
