Duck Island is a small island located in Lac Vieux Desert, a large lake that sits right on the border between Wisconsin and Michigan. This island is found in the town of Phelps, which is part of Vilas County, Wisconsin, in the United States.
Duck Island is special because it is one of only two islands in Lac Vieux Desert where people live. The other inhabited island is Draper Island, which is located in Michigan.
