E. Roger Mitchell is an American actor. He was born on February 18, 1971. He is known for playing Chaff in the movie Hunger Games: Catching Fire (2013). He also played Detective Sergeant Morris in American Woman (2018). Fans of the TV show The Walking Dead might know him as Paul. He has also appeared in many other television shows. These include The Shield, One Tree Hill, and The Quad.
Early Life and Education
Mitchell grew up in Miami, Florida. He finished college in 1993. He went to Claflin University in South Carolina. There, he earned degrees in English and Drama. In 1992, he was listed in "Who's Who Among America's Colleges and Universities." This honor recognizes important students.
Later, Mitchell continued his acting studies. He trained at the Alliance Theatre. He also earned a special degree in Fine Arts. He received this from City University of New York in 1999.
