Earle is a small place in Indiana, a state in the United States. It is known as an unincorporated community. This means it does not have its own local government, like a mayor or city council. Instead, it is part of a larger area called Scott Township in Vanderburgh County.
Even though it is small, Earle has a few places where people can go. You might find a place to grab a pizza, a gas station, and a restaurant.
History of Earle
Earle has a short but interesting history. In 1871, a post office was opened in Earle. This allowed people living there to send and receive mail. The post office served the community for many years. However, it eventually closed down in 1901.
