Edith Lilian Edmonds (born Barnish) was an English artist. She lived from 1874 to 1951. Edith was famous for her beautiful paintings. She used both oil paints and watercolors. Her art often showed still-life scenes and landscapes.

Edith Lilian Barnish was born in Wigan, England. She studied art in different places. From 1921 to 1922, she went to the Liverpool School of Art. After that, in 1923 and 1924, she studied in Paris. She attended a special art school there called Atelier Delbos.
Edith Edmonds showed her paintings in many important art shows. In Britain, her work was often seen at the Royal Academy. She also exhibited with the Society of Women Artists. Other places included the Royal Cambrian Academy and the Royal Society of British Artists. Her art was even shown in Paris. This happened at the famous Paris Salon in 1938. For many years, Edith lived in Conway. This town is in north Wales.
