Christantus Ejike Uzoenyi (born on March 23, 1988) is a talented Nigerian professional footballer. He plays as a left winger for the team Enugu Rangers. He is known for his speed and skill on the field.

Ejike Uzoenyi's Club Career
Ejike Uzoenyi has played for many different football clubs. He started his career in Nigeria. He played for Enyimba and Rangers International.
Playing in France and South Africa
In 2013, Ejike went to France. He joined Rennes on a loan. A loan means he played for them for a short time. After that, in 2014, he signed with Mamelodi Sundowns. This is a big club in South Africa. He stayed with Enugu Rangers for a while before moving to South Africa.
In 2017, he moved to another South African club, Bidvest Wits. Later that year, he joined Ajax Cape Town. He left Ajax Cape Town in December 2017.
Return to Football
After a break, Ejike returned to football in 2020. He signed with Zvijezda 09. This team plays in the top league in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He played his first game for them in February 2020.
Later in 2020, Ejike came back to Nigeria. He joined Sunshine Stars. After that, he returned to his former club, Enugu Rangers. He continues to play for them today.

Ejike Uzoenyi also plays for his country, Nigeria. He made his first appearance for the Nigerian national team in 2012. He has played in important matches, including those to qualify for the FIFA World Cup.
Africa Cup of Nations and World Cup
In 2013, Ejike was chosen for Nigeria's team for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations. This is a very important tournament in Africa. Nigeria won the tournament that year!
He was also part of the team for the 2014 African Nations Championship. He played so well that he was named the most valuable player of the tournament.
Ejike was also picked for Nigeria's team for the 2014 FIFA World Cup. This is the biggest football event in the world. He made it to the final squad. This happened after another player got injured.
