Elderton is a small town, also known as a borough, located in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. In 2020, about 334 people lived there. Elderton was first settled in 1822 and became an official borough in 1859.

Elderton is found in the eastern part of Armstrong County. It's located at about 40 degrees North and 79 degrees West. This means it's in the northern part of the world, west of the Prime Meridian.
A main road, U.S. Route 422, passes by Elderton. You can travel about 13 miles northwest to reach Kittanning. Or, you can go about 12 miles southeast to get to Indiana.
