Eleni Menegaki (Greek: Ελένη Μενεγάκη) was born on October 29, 1969. She is a famous Greek TV host, actress, model, and businesswoman.
Eleni started her career as a model in the 1980s. She appeared in commercials, magazines, and music videos. Later, she became an actress and co-host on popular TV shows like Cocktail and Mega Banca.
In 1994, she had a main role in the TV comedy Our Father (1994-1996). In 1995, she began hosting daytime TV shows. These included Morning Coffee (1995-2005), Coffee with Eleni (2005-2011), and Eleni with Eleni Menegaki (2011-2020; 2021-2024). From 1996 to 2005, she also hosted the National Beauty Pageant in Greece.
In 2010, Forbes magazine named Eleni Menegaki the second most powerful and important celebrity in Greece. She was the top-ranked woman on the list. In July 2024, she announced that she would stop hosting daytime television after 33 years.

Eleni's TV Career
Early Years at MEGA Channel (1991–1994)
Eleni Menegaki started her career as a model in 1988. She appeared in photoshoots, TV commercials, and music videos. In 1991, she joined the morning show "Proino Cocktail" on MEGA Channel. A year later, she co-hosted the popular game show "MEGA Banca" with Giorgos Polichroniou.
Time at ANT1 (1992–2005)
In 1994, Eleni starred in the successful ANT1 comedy TV show "Pater Imon." She played a radio producer. The next year, she began hosting the ANT1 morning show Morning Coffee. She hosted this show for 10 years and it was very successful. Soon, the media called her the "Queen of the morning zone."
Moving to ALPHA TV (2005–2020)
In 2005, Eleni left ANT1 and joined Alpha TV. She became the host of the morning show "Kafes me tin Eleni." At first, the show did not have many viewers. But it soon became very popular, especially with young adults aged 15–44. In its last season (2010-2011), "Kafes me tin Eleni" had its lowest number of viewers.
In 2011, Eleni's show changed its time to 1:00 PM. It also got a new name, "Eleni." The number of viewers for this show went up and down. In May 2020, she announced that this would be her last season. She decided to take a break from TV.
Return to MEGA Channel (2021–2024)
In April 2021, Mega Channel announced that Eleni Menegaki would return to their channel. She started presenting a new show called "Eleni" on weekdays at 1:00 PM. In July 2024, she decided to end her career in daytime television.
Advertising and Collaborations
Eleni Menegaki made her first commercial in 1990 for Melita coffee. The same year, she also appeared in a commercial for Ultrex shampoo. In 1992, she starred in commercials for Knorr Risonatto and To Lampero soybean oil. In 1993, she was in an advertisement for Famozo window cleaner. In 1998, she promoted the Prinos slimming center. From 2003 to 2004, she was the main face for Lux shampoo.
From 2010 to 2011, she was the main person for the Olay skin care company. She promoted their new face cream. From 2014 to 2015, she joined the "Alma Zois" organization's campaign. This campaign was about preventing breast cancer. From 2015 to 2019, she worked with L'Oréal Paris Greece for hair dyes. Since 2018, she has also worked with the Fage company for their "Ageladitsa" yogurt.

Eleni's Family Life
Eleni Menegaki has been married three times. She has four children from her second and third marriages.
When she was 20, Eleni married Stavros Garderis, a Greek shop owner. They divorced one year later.
In 2001, Eleni married Giannis Latsios, who used to manage programs at ANT1. They had their first child, a son named Aggelos-Ioannis, on November 15, 2002. On February 9, 2005, their second child, a daughter named Laura, was born. Three years later, on January 28, 2008, their third child, a second daughter named Valeria, was born. In January 2010, Eleni announced that she and Giannis were getting divorced.
In 2010, Eleni started dating Makis Pantzopoulos, a Greek businessman. On March 29, 2015, she gave birth to their daughter, Marina. Eleni and Makis got married in the same year.
