Elisabeth "Eli" Pinedo Sáenz (born on May 13, 1981) is a Spanish handball player who has retired from the sport. She was a key member of the Spanish national team for many years. Eli is known for her strong play as a left wing.

Eli's twin sister, Patri, also played handball for Spain.
