Elizabeth Carling, born on October 20, 1967, is an English actress and singer. She is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows. These include Boon, Goodnight Sweetheart, Barbara, and Casualty.

In 1991, Elizabeth met actor Neil Morrissey while working on the ITV drama Boon. They also appeared together in an episode of the BBC comedy Men Behaving Badly.

Elizabeth has also performed on stage. In 2010, she starred in a play called I Ought to Be in Pictures. Later, in 2016, she narrated the second series of Bear Grylls: Mission Survive on ITV. She also appeared in the BBC1 show "Our Girl" in September 2016.

Goodnight Sweetheart (1997-1999, 2016)
