Elizabeth Ann Reaser (born July 2, 1975) is an American actress. She has starred in many films, TV shows, and plays. You might know her best as Esme Cullen from The Twilight Saga movies. She has also appeared in popular TV series like Grey's Anatomy and The Haunting of Hill House.

Early Life and Education
Elizabeth Reaser was born in a town called Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. She grew up with two sisters. In 1995, her mother married a very successful businessman named William Davidson.
Elizabeth went to high school at the Academy of the Sacred Heart and Avondale High School, graduating in 1993. After high school, she studied at Oakland University for a year. Then, she went to the famous Juilliard School to study drama. She earned her degree in 1999.
Career Highlights
Elizabeth Reaser has had a busy acting career. To get ready for her role in the TV show Saved, she spent time in an emergency room. This helped her learn how doctors and nurses act.
In 2004, Interview magazine named her one of the top new creative women to watch. She won an award at the Newport Beach Film Festival for her work in the film Sweet Land. She was also nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for "Best Female Lead" for the same movie.
Elizabeth was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for her role in the TV series Grey's Anatomy. She played a recurring guest character on the show from 2007 to 2008.
Her most famous role is probably Esme Cullen in Twilight. She played this character in all five movies of The Twilight Saga, from 2008 to 2012.
She also appeared in the legal drama The Good Wife and in Season 3 of The Handmaid's Tale.
