About Ellen Schreiber
Ellen Schreiber is a New York Times Best Selling author. Before she became a writer, she was an actress and a stand-up comedian. She even studied acting at the famous Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, England. She also learned comedy at The Second City in Chicago, a well-known place for improv comedy.
Ellen has published many books in both Europe and America. Her brother, Mark Schreiber, is also a writer. He helped her begin her writing career.
Her Popular Books
Ellen Schreiber is famous for her Vampire Kisses book series. This series is about a goth girl named Raven and a vampire boy named Alexander Sterling. Raven has always wanted to be a vampire, and Alexander loves to paint.
She also wrote another book series called Once in a Full Moon. This series tells the story of a human girl named Celeste. She falls in love with a boy named Brandon, who turns into a wolf at night. The Once in a Full Moon series finished in 2012 with three books.
The Vampire Kisses Series
The Vampire Kisses series follows a high school goth girl named Raven Madison. She lives in a very quiet town that she calls "Dullsville." Raven's life changes when she discovers that a new boy in town is a real vampire. She soon falls in love with him.
The story of Vampire Kisses was also made into a manga series called Blood Relatives. Manga are Japanese comic books or graphic novels.
