The Elliot Water is a small river in Angus, Scotland. It starts in the hills near a place called Carmyllie. The river then flows through the village of Arbirlot before it reaches the North Sea. This happens near the village of Elliot, which is on the west side of Arbroath. The Elliot Water is about 12 kilometers (or 7.5 miles) long.
