Elsi Borg designed several well-known buildings. One of her most famous works is the Children's Castle in Helsinki. This building was created to be a safe and welcoming place for children.

She also designed the Taulumäki Church in Jyväskylä. Churches are often important landmarks in cities, and her design for this one is quite special.

Elsi Borg also worked with another architect named Olavi Sortta. Together, they designed a military hospital in a city called Viborg. This shows her skill in designing different types of buildings.
