Elvira Sergeevna Tugusheva, born on August 14, 1994, in Saratov, Russia, is a talented Russian singer and songwriter. Many people know her by her stage name, Elvira T. She became famous very quickly after her song "Всё решено" (which means "All is Decided") became a big hit on YouTube when she was just 15 years old. This song was so popular that it reached the top 20 songs in Russia and even made it into the top 100 songs across Europe!
Moving to Moscow
After her early success, Elvira T moved from her hometown of Saratov to Moscow. There, she continued her education at the MGUKI. While studying, she kept writing new songs and developing her musical career.
