Emily Capers (born Emily Day on August 9, 1987) is an American beach volleyball player. She was born in Torrance, California. Emily has won many medals throughout her career. She is known for her strong play on the sand.

Emily went to Loyola Marymount University. She studied applied mathematics and also took classes in Business Administration. While in college, she was a very successful student-athlete. She received many awards for her skills in volleyball and her good grades.

In 2009, Emily won a gold medal at the NORCECA Circuit in Jamaica. She played with her teammate Claire Robertson for this win. Later, in 2015, she teamed up with Jennifer Kessy to start the AVP season.
