Eros Genc Grezda, born on April 15, 1995, is a professional football player from Albania. He plays as a winger, which is a type of midfielder. He last played for the Croatian club Rudeš and also played for the Albania national team.

Early Life and Beginnings
Eros Grezda was born in Gjakova, which was part of FR Yugoslavia at the time. Today, this area is known as Kosovo. He grew up in the capital city, Pristina. Eros is the third child of Genc and Valbona Grezda.
Club Career Journey
Starting Out in Youth Football
Eros Grezda began his football journey at Prishtina when he was nine years old. He played there until he was 15. After that, he briefly joined Rabotnički. While at Rabotnički, scouts from Dinamo Zagreb noticed his talent. He then moved to Dinamo Zagreb and played for their under-17 team for one year.
Playing in Austria and Slovenia
In 2012, Eros Grezda moved to Austria to play senior football for the first time. He joined the reserve team of Grazer AK. He played only two games there before moving on. In 2013, Grezda went to Slovenia and signed with NK Aluminij, a team in the second division. He stayed with Aluminij for about a year and a half. During this time, he played in 29 games and scored 6 goals. In January 2015, he moved up to the top Slovenian league, joining NK Zavrč.
Time at Lokomotiva Zagreb
On July 9, 2015, Grezda joined Lokomotiva in the top Croatian football league. He quickly made an impact, scoring two goals against Slaven Belupo in December 2015. He was even named the best player of the week for that performance. In February 2016, he scored another two goals against Osijek, helping his team win. He continued to play well, scoring his ninth goal of the season in May 2016 against Zagreb.
In 2017, Grezda continued to be a key player for Lokomotiva. He set up a goal for his teammate Endri Çekiçi in a match against Osijek. He also scored a goal and earned a penalty kick in a 4–1 win against Cibalia. A week later, he scored again in a derby match against Dinamo Zagreb.
Moving to Osijek
On May 25, 2017, Grezda transferred to Osijek. This move allowed him to play in the UEFA Europa League, a big European club competition. In July 2017, he scored his first goal in a UEFA club competition against Luzern from Switzerland. Osijek won that game 2–0. He also helped his team advance in the competition by assisting a goal in the second leg. In September 2017, he scored his first league goal for Osijek in the final minutes of a game against Hajduk Split, securing a 2–1 win. His great performance earned him the "best player of the week" award.
Playing for Rangers
On August 31, 2018, Grezda signed a four-year contract with Rangers, a famous club in the Scottish Premiership. He played for Rangers until 2019. After some disciplinary issues, the club decided he would no longer play for them.
Later Career Moves
In January 2020, Grezda returned to his former club, Osijek. He played there until 2022. In 2021, he also had a loan spell at Zalaegerszeg in Hungary. After leaving Osijek, he played for Šibenik in 2022. Later in 2022, he moved to Turkey to play for Manisa. In 2023, he returned to Zalaegerszeg for a second time. He then played for Partizani Tirana from 2023 to 2024. Most recently, in 2024, he played for Rudeš in Croatia.
International Career
Playing for Albania's Under-21 Team
Eros Grezda is from Kosovo, and at first, he only had Kosovo citizenship. However, he wanted to play for the Albania national team. In August 2014, he was called up to the Albania under-21s for a friendly match. He made his debut for the Albania U21 team in a friendly game against Romania U21 in October 2014. He started the game, which Albania lost 3–1.
Because of his good performance with Lokomotiva, the Albanian Football Association noticed him again. He was called up for important qualification matches in March 2016. However, he couldn't play because he didn't have Albanian citizenship yet. He officially received Albanian citizenship on March 31, 2016. He then played for the Albania U21 team in a qualification match against Greece U21 in September 2016.
Playing for the Senior Albania Team
Grezda received his first call-up to the Albania senior team in October 2016 for World Cup qualification matches. He was a substitute in those games but did not play. He made his official senior team debut on March 24, 2017, against Italy. He came into the game as a substitute in the 87th minute.
