Estavana Polman (born on August 5, 1992) is a famous Dutch handball player. She plays for the club CS Rapid București and is also a key player for the Dutch national team.
Estavana is known for her amazing skills as a centre back. She helped the Netherlands team win their first-ever title at the 2019 World Women's Handball Championship. This was a huge moment for Dutch handball!
She also played for the Netherlands in younger age groups. She won a silver medal at the 2011 Women's U-19 European Handball Championship. During that tournament, she was even chosen as the best playmaker in the All-Star team.
Estavana was not part of the Dutch team for the 2024 European Championship. However, she made a return to the Dutch national team in March 2025.

Estavana Polman has a family life too! Since August 2016, she has been in a relationship with Dutch footballer Rafael van der Vaart. They announced in December 2016 that they were going to have a baby. On June 24, 2017, Estavana gave birth to their daughter, Jesslynn.
