Early Life and Musical Start

Félix Rienth was born in Basel, a city in Switzerland. When he was young, he was part of the Basel Boys Choir. This early experience helped him discover his love for music and singing. He even had his first performance in an opera as a boy! He sang the part of the first boy in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's famous opera, The Magic Flute, at the Theater Basel.

Education and Training

He took private lessons in Basel with a teacher named Heidi Wölnerhanssen. Then, he attended the Hochschule der Künste Bern, a special school for arts in Bern, Switzerland. Since graduating, Félix Rienth has built a successful career as a concert singer. He often performs in oratorios, which are large musical pieces for singers and an orchestra, usually based on religious stories.
