Fabrizio Faniello, born on April 27, 1981, is a pop singer from Malta. He is well-known for representing his home country at the famous Eurovision Song Contest twice. He competed in the contest in both 2001 and 2006.

Fabrizio's Family Life

Fabrizio Faniello is the oldest of three children. His parents are Vincenzo and Anna Faniello. He has two younger sisters named Claudia and Miriana. Claudia is also a talented singer. She has performed in many Maltese music festivals. She even represented Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Fabrizio's Music Journey

Fabrizio found his love for music when he was very young. His teacher noticed his talent and suggested he take singing lessons. However, Fabrizio also enjoyed playing football. For a year in 1997, he played football in Turin, Italy.

When he was sixteen, Fabrizio decided to make music his main career. He returned to Malta to focus on his singing. Since then, he has released several successful albums and singles. While he is most popular in Malta, his music has also been released in many other European countries.

In 2004, Fabrizio had a big hit song called "The Whistle Hit." It reached the Top 10 in Sweden. The next year, in 2005, another one of his songs, "Bye Baby Bye Bye," also became a small hit in Sweden. Fabrizio is mostly known for his light Europop music style. He also likes to try new things with his music.

Fabrizio's music is managed by a team in Germany. Many of his songs were written or co-written by German songwriters. In 2018, he released a new single called "LIFE GOES ON." He also released a new album that year, titled Unexpected.

Fabrizio Faniello has a long history with the Eurovision Song Contest. He first participated in the main contest in 2001. He finished in ninth place, which was a great achievement for Malta.

The songs "Change Of Heart" and "Another Summer Night" were later put on his first album, When I'm Dreaming. The songs "Did I Ever Tell You" and "Don't Tell It" were released on his 2005 album, Believe.

His win in 2001 with "Another Summer Night" was a big moment. He represented Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest 2001 in Copenhagen, Denmark. His 9th place finish helped start his international music career.
