Her Art Journey

Fanny Lam Christie has studied art for a long time. In the 1970s, she learned about painting in Hong Kong. Later, she also studied business and how to teach art. In 2004, she earned a special degree in art from the Edinburgh College of Art in Scotland.

Fanny Christie's art often shows how people connect with nature. You can find her sculptures in places like the University of Stirling, the Perth & Kinross Council, and the Scottish Sculpture Park.

She mostly uses materials like bronze and clay for her sculptures. Fanny also creates art for specific places or people. These are called "commissions." From 2014 to 2015, she worked at Stirling University's Institute of Aquaculture, which studies fish farming.
