Fatemeh Rahbar (Persian: فاطمه رهبر, romanized: Fâtemeh Rahbar; born around 1964 – died 7 March 2020) was an Iranian politician. She was known for being a conservative voice in her country.
Rahbar served three times as a member of the Iranian Parliament. This is like being a representative or senator in other countries. She represented the areas of Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat, and Eslamshahr. She was elected for a fourth term, but sadly passed away before she could start it.

Early Life and Education
Fatemeh Rahbar was born around 1964. She was very dedicated to her education. She earned a master's degree in visual communication. She also received a Ph.D. degree in strategic management.
Career and Public Service
Before becoming a politician, Rahbar worked in technology. She was a production manager for the Internet Network. She also served as Secretary of the Supreme Council on Internet Policy.
Rahbar was a member of the Islamic Coalition Party. This is a political group in Iran. She was known for her conservative views.
Time in Parliament
Rahbar was a member of the Iranian Parliament from 2004 to 2016. During her time in parliament, she held several important roles:
- She was the vice president of the Iranian National Commission for UNESCO. UNESCO is a part of the United Nations that promotes education, science, and culture.
- She chaired the Women's Fraction. This group focused on issues important to women.
- She also chaired the Media and Art Committee.
Rahbar also served as the deputy head of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation. This organization helps people in need.
Later Years and Passing
Fatemeh Rahbar was elected to serve in the Parliament for a fourth time. However, she became ill and went into a coma on March 5, 2020. She had contracted COVID-19. She passed away on March 7, 2020, due to health problems caused by the illness.
