Karl Fazer Milk Chocolate, often called Fazer Blue, is a famous Finnish milk chocolate. It is made by the Fazer company. People call it Fazer Blue because of its special blue wrapper. This blue color is so unique that it is a registered color trademark for Fazer. This means no other chocolate can use that exact shade of blue.

Fazer Blue is very popular in Finland. It is often the best-selling candy there. Many Finns also see it as their most respected brand. This chocolate is a big part of Finnish culture and food.

What makes Fazer Blue taste so special? It uses fresh milk to make the chocolate. Many other chocolates use powdered or condensed milk. Using fresh milk gives Fazer Blue its unique flavor. It also has a lot of milk compared to other chocolates.

You can find Fazer Blue in many different sizes and shapes. It comes in large chocolate slabs, smaller bars, and even individual candy pieces.

History of Fazer Blue Chocolate

This delicious chocolate first came out in 1922. The Fazer company says that the recipe was a gift. An Englishman gave the Swiss recipe to the Fazer family. The way it is made has stayed the same ever since.

In 2001, the special Fazer Blue color became Finland's first color trademark. This was a big deal! Later, in 2012, Karl Fazer Milk Chocolate helped sponsor the Finnish sailing team. This was during the Summer Olympics that year.
