Don Federico de Roncali y Ceruti, 1st Count of Alcoy (born May 31, 1806, in Cádiz – died April 4, 1857, in Madrid) was an important Spanish noble, politician, and military leader. He served as the Prime Minister of Spain for a short time between 1852 and 1853. He also held other significant roles, such as the Captain General of Cuba and Minister of State.

Federico de Roncali was born in Cádiz, a city in southern Spain. He was the second son of Agustín de Roncali y Martínez de Murcia. His father was a Knight of Santiago, which was a special honor given to members of the Spanish nobility.
