- Chapin is a community found where Chapin Road and Ridge Road meet. People first settled here in 1855. It even had its own post office from 1876 until 1933.
- Fenmore is another community in the township. You can find it at Peet Road and Fenmore Road. It also had a post office for a short time, from 1899 to 1904.
- Racy is a community located at Cupp Road and Chapin Road. Like Fenmore, Racy had a post office too, operating from 1894 to 1905.
