Fernando Teixeira Vitienes, born on July 28, 1971, is a former football referee from Spain. He was also known as Teixeira I. He worked with the Committee of Referees in Cantabria, a region in Spain.
Fernando became a referee in La Liga, which is the top football league in Spain, during the 2003–04 season. He was also an international referee, meaning he could officiate games between countries, from 2009 to 2014.
