Fimleikafélag Hafnarfjarðar, often called FH, is a sports club from Hafnarfjörður, Iceland. Its name means "Hafnarfjörður Gymnastics Club" in English. The club has teams that play football, handball, and compete in athletics and fencing.
FH was started in 1929 as a gymnastics club. Soon after, it added a handball section, which became very important for many years. Since the early 2000s, the men's football team has been one of the strongest in Iceland.

Men's Football
The FH men's football team has been very successful in Icelandic football since the early 2000s. They have won the national championship many times.
Women's Football
The FH women's football team won the very first national championship in 1972. After losing the title in 1973, FH won three more championships in a row: in 1974, 1975, and 1976.
In 2015, the club moved up from the second-highest league (called 1. deild) to the top league. In 2016, they finished sixth in the top league, the Úrvalsdeild.
