Making the Movie

The movie was special because of its main character, Aki Ross. She was created as a digital actor, meaning she was entirely made by computers! The people who made the movie, Square Pictures, hoped that Aki Ross would be the first computer-generated actress to star in many different movies. She even appeared on the cover of a magazine called Maxim in 2001, showing how realistic she looked.
