Fitz Houston (born June 9, 1953) is an American actor, musician, author, and pastor. He is known for playing Principal Gordon in the TV show Sister, Sister. He also appeared in episodes of popular shows like Sugar and Spice, Seinfeld, and The X Files.

Fitz Houston's Acting Journey
Fitz Houston has had a long and interesting career in acting, appearing in many movies and TV shows. He started acting in the 1970s and is still working today!
Early Roles (1970s to 1980s)
One of Fitz Houston's first movie roles was in the 1979 film Disco Godfather. He also appeared in a couple of episodes of the popular TV show Knight Rider in 1982 and 1983. In 1986, he played Detective Gilbert in the movie Sorority House Massacre.
In 1988, Fitz Houston was in the movie Night of the Kickfighters. In this film, he played a character named Socrates. The story was about a group of martial artists who had to stop a terrorist group. Socrates was part of a team that included a gadget expert, a computer whiz, and a musician.
Acting in the 1990s
In the 1990s, Fitz Houston continued to act in many projects. He played Tony North, a tough villain, in the 1990 action film Chinatown Connection.
He also wanted to try voice acting, which is when actors use their voices for animated characters or video games. In 1996, he got the part of Mr. Bones in the video game Mr. Bones. Fitz Houston even got to add some of his own ideas to the character. His real facial expressions were used to help create the character's emotions in the game. He recorded his lines and a song called "In This World" for the game.
In 1998, he played a police officer in an episode of the famous TV show Seinfeld called "The Reverse Peephole."
Roles in the 2000s and Beyond
Fitz Houston continued to act in the 2000s. In 2007, he played Melvin in the comedy film Rich in Spirit. This movie was about a preacher whose beliefs are tested when he switches bodies with a homeless man.
He also appeared in the "Greg and Larry" episode of the TV show Brooklyn Nine-Nine in 2016. That same year, he played Pastor Fredricks in the TV movie Hollywood Fiction. In 2018, he was in the science fiction film Higher Power.
