Flavia Tumusiime is a well-known Ugandan actress and media personality. She works as a radio and television host, a voice-over artist, and an emcee. Flavia also wrote a book called 30 Days of Flavia. She played the main character, Kamali Tenywa, in the TV show Beneath the Lies from 2014 to 2016. On April 7, 2025, she became the new head of broadcasting at National Media Group.

Early Life and Education
Flavia Tumusiime was born in 1989 in Kampala, Uganda. She is the only child of Enoch Tumusiime and Christine Asiimwe. Her parents are from Kabale, a region in South Western Uganda.
Schooling and University
Flavia went to St Theresa Kisubi for her primary school education. Later, she attended Kitante Hill Secondary School for both her O-levels and A-levels. After high school, she studied at Makerere University Business School. She earned a bachelor's degree in International Business from there.
Personal Life and Family
Flavia Tumusiime is married to Andrew Kabuura. He is a sports broadcaster who works at NBS Television. They got married on January 12, 2019. Flavia and Andrew have three children, including a set of twins.

Flavia Tumusiime has been a television presenter since she was a teenager. She has also had a successful career in radio.
Television Shows and Hosting
Flavia started her TV journey on WBS TV's Teen's Club. She hosted this show with other teenagers for four years. From 2010 to 2012, she presented K-files, also on WBS TV.
Since 2011, she has been a presenter for the Guinness Football Challenge. This show was broadcast on NTV (Uganda) and ITV & KTN (Kenya). During the same time, she worked as a VJ (video jockey) on Channel O. In 2012, she was also a presenter for Big Brother Africa.
In 2016, Flavia joined NTV Uganda as a news anchor for NTV Tonight. She also co-hosted the morning show Morning @ NTV, starting in early 2018.
Radio Career
Flavia Tumusiime had a short time working as a presenter at HOT100 FM in 2006. After that, she joined Capital FM, where she has worked for many years.
