Florentinus Ludovicus Leopoldus Eduard ("Flor") Van Noppen (born June 28, 1956 – died September 22, 2014) was a Belgian politician. He was a member of the N-VA political party. Flor Van Noppen spent many years working to help the people of Belgium, especially in his hometown of Dessel.
