Forallac is a charming group of villages and a municipality (which is like a local government area) in the Girona province of Catalonia, Spain. It's located in a beautiful part of the country. In 2018, about 1,713 people lived here. The municipality covers an area of about 50.6 square kilometers, which is roughly 19.5 square miles.
The name Forallac is quite interesting! It was created in 1977 when three older municipalities decided to join together. These were Fonteta, Peratallada, and Vulpellac. The new name is a mix of parts of these old names.
