The air show was first known as the Bethpage Air Show. This was because Bethpage Federal Credit Union sponsored it. In March of 2025, Bethpage Federal Credit Union changed its name. It became FourLeaf Federal Credit Union. Because of this, the air show's name also changed. It is now called the FourLeaf Air Show.
