Fox Lake, Alberta facts for kids
Fox Lake is a small community in northern Alberta, Canada. It is not a town or city with its own local government. Instead, it is part of a larger area. Fox Lake is located within the Fox Lake 162 Indian reserve, which is land set aside for the Little Red River Cree Nation. This community is about 152 kilometers (94 miles) east of a larger town called High Level. The reserve itself is surrounded by Mackenzie County, but it operates independently.
