The Grand Georgian Terrace Hotel

The Ponce de Leon Apartments

Also designed by William Lee Stoddart, the Ponce de Leon Apartments were built in 1913. These apartments show off an Italianate style. Sometimes, people also describe them as Beaux-Arts style or Renaissance Revival. They are a great example of early 20th-century apartment living.

The Cox-Carlton Hotel

The Cox-Carlton Hotel was built in 1925. It was designed by the architects Pringle and Smith. This building was originally a hotel for single men. Today, it is part of the Hotel Indigo chain. It adds to the historic charm of the district.
