What is Frankenstein's Wedding About?
The show followed the main story from Mary Shelley's book. However, it focused mostly on the night of Victor Frankenstein's wedding. Victor was getting married to Elizabeth Lavenza.
A Live Show Experience
About 12,000 people watched the wedding live at Kirkstall Abbey. During the event, parts of the story that were filmed earlier were shown. These pre-filmed scenes often focused on Frankenstein's monster.

The cast also sang many well-known songs. For example, Andrew Gower, who played Victor, sang the song "Wires" by the band Athlete. This mix of live action, pre-filmed scenes, and music made the show unique.
