Tahliq Raymond Rogers (born May 14, 1971 – died March 28, 1999), known as Freaky Tah, was an American rapper. He was also a music promoter and a "hype man." A hype man helps get the crowd excited during a performance. Freaky Tah was a member of a hip hop group called The Lost Boyz. The other members were Mr. Cheeks, DJ Spigg Nice, and Pretty Lou.

His Passing
On March 28, 1999, Freaky Tah was leaving a birthday party in Queens, New York. He was with some friends at the time. Sadly, he was shot and passed away. This happened because of a case of mistaken identity. He was only 27 years old when he died.
After his passing, people were held responsible for what happened. The person who drove the car was sentenced to prison. The person who shot him also pleaded guilty to murder. This tragic event was a big loss for the hip hop community.

Freaky Tah and The Lost Boyz released several successful albums. Their music was very popular in the 1990s. They created songs that many fans enjoyed.
- Legal ... was released in 1996. It became a Gold record, meaning it sold over 500,000 copies.
