Freddie Crittenden III, born on August 3, 1994, is an American track and field athlete. He is famous for running the 110 meters hurdles race. He earned a silver medal in this event at the 2019 Pan American Games.

Freddie's Hurdles Journey

Freddie went to Utica High School in Michigan. After high school, he ran for Syracuse University. During his time at Syracuse, he was a top athlete. He was named an All-American four times. He also made the All-ACC team six times.

Training and Support

Freddie trains in Phoenix, Arizona. For a while, he worked a full-time job. This job was with a group that helps kids after school. He also got a special donation of $10,000. This money helped him with training, health care, and travel. It came from a program called "Adopt an Athlete." In July 2024, Freddie signed a contract with Adidas. This was a big step in his career.
