Freskin was the only son of Walter de Moravia and Euphemia de Ross. In 1258, Freskin signed an important agreement. This agreement was between Scotland and Wales. They promised not to make peace with King Henry III of England unless both kingdoms agreed. Freskin passed away before 1268. He was buried in a special chapel in the church of St Peter in Duffus. After he died, his lands were divided between his daughters.
