Friedel Rausch (born February 27, 1940 – died November 18, 2017) was a famous German football player and later a successful manager. He was known for his time playing as a defender and for leading many different football clubs.

Playing Career

Friedel Rausch started playing professional football in 1961. He played as a defender.

  • FC Schalke 04: His most significant playing time was with FC Schalke 04. He played for them from 1962 to 1971. During these nine years, he played in 195 games and scored 7 goals.
